The Grumpy Ol' Men's Club, a non-profit organization out of Seneca Falls, N.Y., is hosting the 28th Annual Finger Lakes Carp Derby. It will be held SUNDAY, JUNE 8, 2008. Fishing Starts at SUNRISE June 8, 2008. (A Coleman Lantern is not considered sunlight.) People can fish all the Finger Lakes and the barge canal. FISH HOOKS ONLY! NO BOW, NO SPEAR, NO GRENADES!

In the 2007 Carp Derby, we had 689 people fishing in the 1 day derby, they turned in 523 carp. There will be Food, 50/50 Raffle and Rest Room Facilities at the Weigh-in. MUST WEIGH-IN between 12:00pm - 3:00pm at People's Park.

The money we raise will be donated to local organizations, such as Recreation Centers, Ambulance services, Boy Scouts, Fire Departments, the Red Cross and Local Sports Boosters.
